When I first got serious about working out and body building I bought alot of excess junk that I probably didn’t need. I was so excited and was trying all kinds of programs and supplements and different methods.
(By the way supplements are bad! When I gained 50+ pounds of muscle the only supplement I used was whey powder… and lots of it )
