He avoided eating out which was was not very easy initially. I always remembered clearly that he had a preference for cheese burger, pizza and pasta. But in a short time he stopped thinking about them. He didn’t feel tempted anymore.
During the last three months, he was thrilled because finally he lost 40 pounds. I believe that was no small achievement. It required great discipline. Now he is prepared with confidence to shed off another 60 pounds in the coming months.
His success relies upon the weight loss contest. This is why he is always optimistic about his plan. In this challenge, there are other people as well. He takes time to find people who are struggling with weight loss and ask them to be involved in this contest.
During each month, they compare results. The comparison is mainly to find out who lose the most weight for the particular month. In every contest, there is bound to be a prize. So, this will go to the participant who makes the greatest stride.
I have reasons to believe that the most vital contributor in this challenge is the morale boost from people of alike weight problems. They challenge each other in a positive manner. If you think it is all about losing the most weight, then you have to see from another angle. Sometimes, if you go too far, then you are putting your health at risk. The challenge makes sure that everyone has something to gain. It is wonderful to see every participant achieves their own goals. From the right perspective, the contest is to assist all of them to lose weight successfully.
